"SkDaemon.exe" is a keyboard driver program (not the primary) in the multi-function keyboard software by Lite-On Technology Corporation, a Taiwanese OEM/ ODM manufacturer of computer peripherals, (the world's largest OEM/ODM optical drive maker). The genuine skdaemon.exe file is a software component of Enhanced Performance USB Keyboard Software by Lite-On Technology Corp.
